Buena Vista ("B.V.") joined her mother Dede Warren in real estate in 2004. She manages their team of 5 and specializes in listings. She has an extensive portfolio of rental properties and a passion for turning buyers into investors by convincing them to keep their starter homes as rentals. B.V. is well versed in historic properties and estimating renovation costs. She lives downtown and serves her community on the Board of Directors for the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center and through her involvement with Junior League, Rotary Club of Mt Pleasant, Charleston Parks Conservancy, Lowcountry Land Trust, Reading Partners and Bethel United Methodist Church.
