Meet Julia Clifton

      Julia Clifton is a native of Summerville, SC and her family roots run deep in the local history. She has raised her twin daughters and son alongside her husband of over 25 years, Chris Clifton, in the area and has continued the family traditions she loved as a child. Julia grew up with a heart of service and always found herself helping others from an early age through many community services including cutting grass and babysitting. After high school, Julia earned her cosmetology license and had a career in a salon for 20+ years.

      Julia has the heart to volunteer. When her children were young she would be in the nursery at church and in the classrooms of the schools; when the children joined the Summerville marching band, she loved to hear them play and found herself behind the scenes running the concessions stands at the home football games, assisting with the construction and staging of props for competitions, and prepared and served meals for 200+ people. She had always had a curiosity about real estate, so when her nephew, Wren Hutchinson, was wanting to grow his team, she jumped at the opportunity, joining Hutchinson + Associates at the end of 2019. Her passion for service translates perfectly into her real estate career and can be seen in her willingness to assist her clients in purchasing their perfect home and selling their current home when starting a new chapter in their lives. To her, real estate is not just a job, it is her passion.
