Meet Suzy Torres.

More than anything, Suzy believes real estate is a relationship business.

While every transaction ends with a closing, her goal has never been simply to sell another house. Her philosophy is simple: put people first, do the right thing, and serve every client with honesty, patience, and genuine care. She believes that when you consistently do right by people, the rest takes care of itself.

That philosophy has guided her entire career. Many of her clients have become lifelong friends, and there is no greater compliment than helping the children of former clients purchase their very first home years later. To Suzy, success isn't measured by the number of homes she sells, but by the number of families who trust her enough to call again—or confidently recommend her to someone they love.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Suzy relocated to the Charleston area in 2006 after working in the mortgage industry. She quickly fell in love with the Lowcountry and now proudly calls Summerville home, where she lives with her husband, Bo, and enjoys spending time with their family, including her two children, Lexi and Tristan.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and over 17 years as a full-time Realtor, Suzy has built her career by helping buyers and sellers make informed, confident decisions. She earned her South Carolina Broker's License in 2016 and today serves as the Broker and Team Leader of Lowcountry Elite Group at Carolina One Real Estate, one of the Charleston area's top-producing real estate teams.

Outside of real estate, Suzy embraces everything that makes the Lowcountry special. She enjoys relaxing at the Isle of Palms, searching for shark teeth along the beach, exploring Charleston's rich history, supporting local businesses, and participating in community events. She also enjoys staying active and has completed many of the area's signature races, including the Cooper River Bridge Run and the Sweet Tea Half Marathon. That same energy, determination, and enthusiasm are reflected in the way she serves every client.
