Darina was excellent to work with. We bought the house from across the country and she made sure we were comfortable and happy with every step of the process. We had a lot to sell in Chapin after deciding not to build. Steve went above and beyond to help us achieve this. He even made up fliers regarding the property and put them on the windshields of cars near the property at the lake. We had it listed before with zero success..Steve made it happen. He then walked us through the entire process. I have now used him to help my sister find a home and should be closing on that soon. I can't say enough good things about him and willing recommend him.
