Meet Barbara Ricker

Barbara Ricker is a lover of South Carolina! She and her husband moved to the Greater Columbia area over 45 years ago. They were stationed at Fort Jackson and felt like Columbia was home to them and decided to stay. She is a licensed broker and has extensive experience in both general brokerage and new home construction. Barbara has been involved with several professional organizations and charitable foundations throughout her career. She is an active member of the Central Carolina Realtor Association, Sales & Marketing Council and the Building Industry Association. She is a repeat winner in the Regal Circle Awards, the Circle of Excellence Awards and an RPAC contributor. Barbara was honored with the 2021 Realtor Spirit Award from the CCRA for exemplifying exceptional qualities and leadership. For 2022, Barbara was nominated as the Community Service Chairman for the CCRA where she is leading the charge to generate awareness and assistance to charitable groups in the Midlands through events, community outreach and service opportunities.
