Jennifer comes to Home Advantage Realty with 20+ years of experience in the multi-family space. While having lived all over the world, she finds South Carolina to be the most welcoming state in the nation. Columbia, her favorite place she has lived, is now her “forever home.” Jennifer cites Columbia’s powerful small business presence, thriving economy and perfect blend of small town feel in a growing diverse city. Jennifer enjoys volunteering with Meal on Wheels, Transitions Center, and the MS Society. In 2014, Jennifer and her husband Rich bought their first home from Jill Moylan. During that positive experience, Jennifer knew she would one day work for Home Advantage Realty. Jennifer is drawn to the personal connections that real estate fosters, believing the home buying process is one of the most valuable ways to connect with and serve others.
