A proud Connecticut native turned Midlands powerhouse, Kristie Oswald has called Fairfield County home for over 20 years. With a BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and 15 years of experience as a dedicated EMT, Kristie knows what it means to show up, serve hard, and stay cool under pressure.

After a career-ending injury forced her to pivot, Kristie didn’t slow down—she simply changed gears. Today, she brings that same grit and grace to real estate, blending her deep local knowledge with relentless hustle and heart. In just over a year, Kristie has earned Rookie of the Year honors, closed multiple deals representing both buyers and sellers, and built a reputation as someone who gets things done.
