Carrie Waring

Born and raised in New York State, Carrie and her family relocated to Chapin in 2010. After a career of over twenty years as a special education teacher, Carrie is now drawn to work in real estate from recent experiences that introduced her to this industry. In the past five years, Carrie and her husband have renovated multiple distressed properties in the Columbia area to prepare them for sale. They continually advise, assist, and encourage family and friends with their home projects. This passion led Carrie to a career change; she chose Home Advantage Realty because of the friendly, caring environment and the company's presence in the Columbia area. She looks forward to helping her clients every step of the way with their real estate needs. Carrie and her husband have two adult children, a daughter who is an engineer and a son who works for Verizon as a network engineer. The family loves to travel, spend time on the lake, and get the dogs together to play.
