Builder Services is Home Advantage Realty’s newest division, started in 2022. Home Advantage Builder Services provides professional marketing and listing services to homebuilders across South Carolina.
Services include comprehensive neighborhood development plans, website creation with ongoing digital analysis and social media strategies. Professional imaging, branding, online sales, staging, and model home merchandising are also offered. In addition, the Builder Services Division assists home buyers with new construction processes including land acquisition and custom home builds.
Home Advantage Realty’s Director of Builder Services is Susan Longshore-Stover. With over 27 years of experience working in new home construction sales and marketing, Susan is a seven-time award recipient of “Marketing Director of the Year” by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Greater Columbia and of South Carolina. Susan has also won numerous awards for special events and promotions and advertising, including “Sales and Marketing Member of the Year.” She has been an active member in local and national professional organizations and has extensive training and experience in new home construction, marketing, and project management.
