Hannah Silvia

Hannah Silvia has lived in Northeast Columbia/ Blythewood for over 25 years. Hannah graduated from Blythewood High School and Clemson University with an B.A. in Psychology and a Masters of Education, Education Specialist Degree in School Counseling. For the last seven years, she has worked in Lexington as a school counselor. Working as a counselor in the schools collaborating with children, teachers, families and community members has given Hannah the listening and communication skills needed to serve her clients in real estate. She especially understands how trust and confidentiality are important throughout a real estate transaction. Hannah has been married to her husband, Brent, a teacher and coach at Blythewood High, for seven years and together they have a 2 year old daughter and rescue dog, Kuechly (named after the former Panthers player). Hannah and her family are active members at Village Church in Blythewood. She spends her free time watching her husband coach football in the fall and out to eat with family and friends. Hannah enjoys a good cup of coffee and going to the gym. In the warmer months you can find her exploring different parks with her daughter around Columbia. Hannah’s unique experience of working and living in the Midlands and her relationship skills can provide her clients the help they need whether they are looking to buy a home or sell their home!
