Jamie Barrett

I was referred to Jamie by a friend. With very limited time before reporting back to Fort Jackson, Jamie took time away from her family she was visiting out of state, to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. She immediately went to work sending me links to properties that were in my price range, amenities I was looking for and in good neighborhoods since I knew nothing about Columbia. Due to time constraints, she wasted no time scheduling appointments in order for me to view certain homes. Jamie drove me all over Columbia and didn't stop until she found the house perfect for me. Even with houses being rented/sold out from underneath us, moody property managers and me being probably the pickiest client she could've ever asked for, Jamie was a trooper, a true professional and did not quit until I was satisfied why my choice of properties. I've already referred her to one friend and will continue to refer her to anyone else interested in buying, selling or renting a home in the Columbia area.
