Jonathan Howell

Jonathan Howell is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Liberal Arts and the School of Law. He has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. Having studied and worked primarily in South Carolina, he applies a local perspective and hometown values to the field of real estate. As a licensed real estate instructor, Jonathan spent over two years teaching “Real Estate School” to new agents,” which provides for a unique perspective on real estate. He has developed and taught various continuing education courses to real estate agents throughout the state on topics such as agency, contracts, disclosure, and ethics. Jonathan enjoys hiking with his wife Rachael and their five dogs, camping across South Carolina in their motorhome, and watching Clemson and Gamecock football… a house divided. As an active member of his community, Jonathon is a Sunday school teacher, Vice President of his HOA, Chair of “Real Estate Industry for Rescues," a supporter of "Animal Rescue Charity," and a Deacon at Kathwood Baptist Church.
