Stuart Reynolds possesses a rare depth of experience in the residential real estate industry. Having spent years closing real estate transactions for title companies and real estate law firms, Stuart's full understanding of the closing process helps calm his clients during what may be a stressful time. He has also served as Broker-In-Charge over the years, managing offices of 30+ agents each during his 16 years with two different companies. Reviewing countless contracts has given Stuart deep insight into real estate transactions since “no two are alike; they’re like snowflakes," as he often says. Stuart has also served on the Board of Directors for the Central Carolina Association for Realtors for 5 years and served as President of that association in 2017. Trained as a relocation specialist, Stuart can assist the savvy, time-constrained client who has moved many times before as well as patiently explain every important detail to a nervous first-time homebuyer. “I live by a core set of values and I make my client’s number one goal my number one goal. After all, it’s all about them and their needs, not mine.” Truly a client-first agent, Stuart is proud to be a South Carolinian and loves the capital city of Columbia. When not serving the needs of buyers and sellers in the metropolitan area, Stuart spends his time off with his family and dogs Millie and Georgia. He has a very patient wife, Erin, of 18 years and two teenage sons, Hampton and Baylor.
