We will prepare and present a Comparable Market Analysis demonstrating how your home stacks up against sales from the past year as well as current market competition. In addition, we will prepare and share required listing documents with you.
Once our recommended preparations are completed, we will walk through a second time to confirm our pricing recommendation and to ensure your home is ready for professional photos.
