We ensure that the written description of your home both accurately portrays it and attracts potential buyers. Some aspects of homes cannot be conveyed through photos alone. We use detailed descriptions to pique the interest of potential buyers and complement our photos. Our broker-in-charge, Jill Moylan, has a M.A. in English Literature and makes sure our descriptions get more than just a passing grade.
Signage and Secure Lockbox
We use original, recognizable signage and install a secure, digitally monitored lockbox. It offers night-time settings for your privacy and safety and sends us email alerts to monitor visits. We request feedback and information about potential buyers for your home. If appropriate, we will schedule an agent open house to highlight your home to other agents.
Effective Internet Marketing
Over 90% of buyers use the internet to find their new homes, making effective internet marketing one of the most critical elements in selling your home. We upload your home to our local Multiple Listing Service and syndicate it widely.
