We NEVER pass you to a “closing department.” You will work with the same professionals throughout your transaction. Once contract negotiations have concluded, the buyer of your home will likely want to schedule inspections. Your agent will help you negotiate inspection-related findings with the other party to a typically satisfactory resolution. We stay in contact with all parties involved in your transaction from beginning to end, coordinating the myriad details with the prospective buyers’ agent, lender, closing attorney, and any other parties involved in the closing process. After the closing, we stay in touch with you and help ensure potential problems after closing are quickly resolved.
